Sometimes you need to change your method of payment or perhaps change or cancel your recurring donation.  Below are the instructions for these 2 tasks.

Changing the method of payment

  1. Log in to Giving Application-click here (this will take you to a new window - you can return to this window to read the instructions.)
  2. Click on "Payment" at the bottom of the page
  3. Select the trash bin icon to delete a card.
  4. If you have a bank account linked, click on "bank account" at the bottom and select the trash bin to delete it.
  5. You then can add your new card.

To change or cancel your recurring donation

If you are changing your donation amount, you need to cancel and then create a new donation.

  1. Log in at Giving Application-click here  (this will take you to a new window)
  2. Click on "Automated" at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the trash bin icon to cancel your recurring donations.
  4. If you are changing your donation amount, you can create a new donation after cancelling the old one.
