1. Pursue A New DIRECTION (9)
“How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to Your Word.”
What kind of life do you want? One that is based on eternal TRUTH or one that is just like everyone else? (Romans 12:1, 2)
2. Establish A New ACCOUNTABILITY (10)
“I seek You with all my heart, do not let me stray from Your commands.”
What kind of people do you associate with? Those just like everybody else, following the current flow of society or those who stand out as refreshingly DIFFERENT? (Psalm 1:1, 2)
3. Tap A New SOURCE (11, 12)
“I have hidden Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You. Praise be to You, O Lord; teach me Your decrees.”
Where do you turn when seeking to ENLIGHTEN the path before you? Who do you listen to, what questions do you ask, how do you respond? (II Timothy 3:16, 17)
4. Adopt A New ROUTINE (13-15)
“With my lips I recount all the laws that come from Your mouth. I rejoice in following Your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways.”
Where on your long list of priorities is the study of God’s Word? Does it have a regular place in your life that you vigorously defend? Do you find it a growing PASSION or are you satisfied with what you know? (II Timothy 2:15)
5. Enjoy A New LIFE (16)
“I delight in Your decrees. I will not neglect Your Word.”
Is your new life in Christ a joyful one or does it seem as tedious as your previous life? Have you discvovered the abundant life of letting God’s Word rule in your heart? (Psalm 19:7-11)

Get SERIOUS about reading, studying, memorizing, meditating on, applying and living out GOD’S WORD.(Jeremiah 15:16).
